what we do

Integrated Energy and Circular Infrastructure
Khazain designs, develops, and operates integrated infrastructure platforms that combine waste conversion, renewable energy generation, grid interaction, and digital infrastructure into a single, coordinated system.
Our facilities convert municipal, industrial, and commercial waste streams into dispatchable renewable power while extracting additional value from materials that would otherwise be landfilled or underutilised. Waste is treated not as a disposal problem, but as a productive input into a circular system that supports energy security, industrial resilience, and environmental performance.
Unlike intermittent generation, Khazain’s energy output is controllable and continuous, producing stable baseload electricity suitable for national grid export, industrial operations, and high-reliability digital infrastructure.
All platforms are modular and scalable, enabling phased expansion from an initial operating footprint through to full-scale infrastructure deployment without compromising operational stability or capital efficiency.
Grid Interaction and Power Draw-Back
Electricity generated by Khazain facilities is exported directly to the national grid, contributing to system stability, balancing, and energy security.
Power is then drawn back under regulated and transparent conditions to supply on-site infrastructure, including AI data centres, blockchain and Web3 compute, and industrial loads.
This export-then-draw-back architecture ensures:
- Full regulatory compliance and transparency- Uninterrupted power delivery for critical infrastructure- Net contribution to the grid rather than isolated consumption
Khazain operates as a grid-supportive infrastructure partner, not a standalone power consumer.
AI Data Centres and Blockchain Web3 Infrastructure
Khazain integrates AI data centres and blockchain Web3 compute as strategic energy sinks within its energy platform.
Digital infrastructure is deployed in alignment with available capacity and grid conditions, allowing surplus and off-peak energy to be monetised efficiently while maintaining grid stability.
- Blockchain and Web3 infrastructure provides immediate, modular monetisation of surplus energy- AI and high-performance compute are phased in as capacity scales- Digital infrastructure is powered by low-cost, captive renewable energy
This approach converts energy volatility into a commercial advantage. Revenue is protocol-driven and system-based, reducing reliance on traditional customer demand cycles while ensuring continuous utilisation of energy output.
Biofuels and Future Fuels
Khazain is engineered as a multi-output platform. In addition to electricity, our infrastructure supports the production pathway for biofuels and future fuels derived from waste-based energy and recovered carbon streams.
The platform can support:- Biofuels for industrial and transport demand- Synthetic fuels and fuel intermediates- Hydrogen production pathways as capacity expands- Carbon-based products and recovered materials for downstream industry
This design allows the same infrastructure backbone to evolve over time, transitioning from power generation into higher-value fuels and industrial products as markets, regulation, and national priorities advance.
Multi-Output Monetisation
Khazain’s infrastructure is designed so a single feedstock base can generate multiple revenue streams across power, digital compute, and fuels.
Waste is converted once, then monetised across multiple layers:
- Grid electricity export- Regulated draw-back for digital and industrial loads- Compute monetisation through blockchain Web3 and AI- Fuel and product expansion through biofuels and future fuel pathways
Energy is produced once and monetised many times.
